A South Dakota native, Brittni grew up in Vermillion, South Dakota and is no stranger to small towns and the importance of local businesses and strong business connections. Brittni graduated from Vermillion High School and made her permanent residence in the Black Hills in 2015. Brittni married her husband, Marshall, in 2018. Brittni and Marshall have two children together, Londyn and Bronx, while Brittni has a teenage daughter, Kynlee, and a teenage stepson, Quintin. Brittni's immediate family still resides East River, but she is no stranger to the Black Hills as her extended family spans from East River, through the Badlands, and into the Black Hills.

Prior to joining West RIver Realty in 2022, Brittni had worked as a Broker Associate since 2019. Before diving into Real Estate, Brittni obtained her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Colorado Technical University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Brittni has over 13 years of experience as a Paralegal, which gives her an advantage while representing her clients when it comes to contracts, negotiations, and the understanding of the real estate process.

When not helping sellers or buyers with their Real Estate needs, Brittni enjoys spending time coaching her oldest daughter's sports, camping, playing sports, and spending time with her family. Brittni is also the President of the Piedmont Valley Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved in her community.

Brittni's legal background, dedication to her clients, and understanding of the importance of hard work to gain success, makes her a force to be reckoned with in the Real Estate community.
